Wanted to share the muffins (photos only ) that I made this evening. I am not sure if the recipe is exactly yours, but the entire inspiration for baking goes to you. I wish I could really share some with you !!

just wanted to bring to your notice in the tomato sweet jam u have posted, in the first line you have mentioned wrongly the sugar quantity as 1050gms instead of 150 gms.

also pl tell me where to get the mini uttapam non stick pan.

I tried two dosais today; schezuan and go-green.

For S I preferred onion chutney and for GG it was fresh ground podi.

Dear Chitramma,

I made rich chocolate cake yesterday. WOW, my DH fell in love with this cake. Its was sooooooooo tasty and spongy too. Did not find time to try coconut biscuits. Made tomato Peas curry for today's lunch. Such a nice aroma while preparing. All recipes tasted toooooooooo good.

Have been repeating many of the recipes in the past few days.

What I tried for the first time and loved it simply was Small onion-potato-cauliflower masal kuzambu. Yummmmmmmmmm. Don't know how I missed it..specially when there is small onions in it. Had it yesterday with Dosa :-D.
Today's breakfast Curry Leaves Idli is another irresistable one for me .

Did Party Pinwheels too. Now that radha has mentioned about rich chocolate cakes, I may try that in a day or two hehe.
