No Foetal heartbeat and had D&C

Don't worry,you will be alright.I had a missed miscarriage too(a blighted ovum-that is the medical term for this) for my second pregnancy at 9 weeks.My eldest was 4 yrs old then and I was thinking what a perfect time to have another child,but it ended this way.This is very common according to the doctors and in most cases ,it happens so fast that a woman thinks it is her normal menstrual cycle,when actually it might be a miscarriage!

I was asked to wait for two complete menstrual cycles before trying again.I waited 6 mnths,then conceived again,and now this baby is 2 1/2 yrs old.You don't have to take any precautions.Take folic acid tablets whenever you plan to conceive and do regular walking exercise etc.
