petticoats for skirts

    recently i bought one cotton skirt . without lining. it is see through,just knee down length.i thought of if i wear leggings under skirt. is it fine? or i need to wear petticoat? where it is available skirts petticoats knee down. can any one give me an idea.

    Hi there!
    You can purchase them at any department store like KHOLS, JC Pennys. They have two sizes that I am aware of. One is short and one is about knee length. Mostly seen black, white and beige colors.

    I would suggest you to use petiticoat than leggings.
