Roti with US Brand Wheat Flour???

Hi All,

I want to know if anyone has tried making Rotis on US brand wheat flours.

I was using "Sujatha Atta" and its great. But right now I do not want to stock up 20 LBs as I will be off for vacation soon. So was wondering if I can get wheat flour in small quantity (Hoping I can get some in American shops). As far as I know, I dont really have any other mexican or other shops for buying flours. (If that was one of the options)

So pls ladies, pour in ur suggestions and views on this..

yes .u can buy any american grocery stores . whole wheat flour any kind of brand. i am using brown whole wheat flour which is using for cookies. but american brands whole wheat flour little bit nutty flavour if u like that flavor,it takes time to cook .try american whole wheat for chapathi. if u dont like that prepare the wheat dosas with the remaing flour.
