    i hav uploaded the 2 bimbal juice recipes in the HEALTHY/DRINK/REFRESHMENT/RECPIES forum.....plz have a look....

    Re: bimbal or irummbam puli in malayalam arachukkalakki

    1 pick tender irummbam puli 10 nos. if not available big nos.4
    tender one is tasty
    2 coconut grated 1 cup
    3 green chilli 2 or 3 according to your taste
    4 mustard seed 1tsp
    5 salt to taste
    6 curd fresh without sourness

    tempering

    musterd 1sp
    red chilli 1 tore it in three pieces
    oil

    Grind all 1 to 5 nos and add with curd and mix well.Temper with mustard and red chilli.

    variation. If you want add small diced onion, tomato, cucumber grapes.
