    Today only i saw ur post about taking almonds will lower cholestral.Nice info friend.But can u clarify whether i can take by soaking them overnight and be eaten empty stomach with its skin.Pl do reply.:hide:

    Really very useful...thanks for sharing...

    I want to give a tip here - many people are afraid of eating almonds as they are rich in fat...so soak them in water overnight and remove the outer peel of almond and then have it...

    Almond oil and almonds have several properties that strengthen your immune system, anti-inflammatory and liver of neutralization. Research also suggests that it improves intestinal transit, thereby reducing the irritable bowel syndrome and also reduce the incidence of developing cancer of the colon. It has also been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Recent research has shown that the addition of almonds in the diet increases blood levels of high density lipoprotein and decreases low-density lipoprotein.
