Watched Cast Away. Had heard about it so much, and when I watched it - I simply loved it! Its such a beautiful movie - so little words to day - but really so wonderful! And I am going to remember what Tom Hanks says somewhere in the end : I will keep breathing, who knows what the next tide might bring Oh! such a lovely movie
Saw PRINCE OF PERSIA in theater afternoon. A grand fairy tale, I liked it. After dinner, saw on DVD "Kolai kolaiyaa Munthirikka " ( Tamil) Total rubbish, even though here and there Crazy Mohan's dialogues were a bit funny.

Happened to see ' The mistress of spices ' Tilo (Aishwarya Rai) is an immigrant from India, and a shopkeeper, who is also the Mistress of Spices. The spices she gives to her customers help them to satisfy their needs and desires, such as "sandalwood to dispel painful memories; black cumin seed to protect against evil eye." As a young girl, Tilo was initiated as one of several young Mistresses of Spices by a First Mother (Zohra Sehgal) who warns the girls about rules they must follow, or face consequences. They are instructed never to leave their respective stores all around the world, touch the skin of the people they meet or use the spices to their own ends. How they relate in this movie enacted by Aish is a nice portrayal ,liked it.This movie is a year old and the mivie made from a book written.Good one.
