We Should Include Cumin Seeds In Our Diet

    I just want to share my personal experience regarding cumin seeds.

    As we all know that ladies are very prone to UTIs. But cumin seeds powder taken regularly can prevent UTIs. I have tested it. Cumin seeds are diuretic so they help us to prevent as well as cure this problem. If you are suffering freequently with this problem................just try and test. There is no harm in it at all.
