Dear Sabari, I really wonder why I was postponing to post bonbons for 2 yrs:idea. I tried it 2 yrs back, first!!
Because of no oil, baked thattais do remind us of savoury biscuits.
I feel sad that many have not been able to get condensed milk mysore pak right. Roasting for a long time on low fire - are the key words.I don't think, SBS can make a big difference!
    Mikka nandri.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Damini, I think your DS has got sharp taste buds!! Good for you.
Though we find it all impractical, freshly made powders have no parallel!!
    Thanks & love,
    Chithra.

    Hi madam,

made tikka (with paneer, capsicum, onion, tomato). I marinated the pieces using your recipe then tossed with little butter and oil and kept it in MW + grill mode for 6 -7 minutes then only grill for close to 9 min. It came out very nicely.

Alternatively in case we do not have the combi mode we can just MW for 5 minutes then grill it for 10 min.

Just thought will share it with u

    love

    Dear Maami,

Made Vadakari with baked vadais. Vadakari is one of my all time favourite dishes. Having a healthy vadakari is like dream come true. Romba romba super.

Also made a batch of flaxseed spicy podi yesterday. Shiva has high triglycerides and cholestrol. Its getting back to normal with healthy cooking changes incorporated in the cooking. I still have to work on increasing his good cholestrol. As you have rightly said, flaxseed helps in it. I was not sure how to include this in the diet and here you come with this brilliant innovation of making paruppu podi with it. I can't thank you enough.:bowdown:bowdown

    Thanks,
    Aswini
