    New projects OMR, Vandalur-Kelambakkam Rd

    After going through property plus for the last two-three weeks in my quest to invest in a 1-BHK, these are the following projects which I enquired...

    1. VijayaShanthi's Park Avenue in Kandigai(Vandalur-Kelambakkam rd) - Price they are quoting is 2100/-

    2. Unitech's 'Unihome' in Nallambakkam (off Vandalur-Kelambakkam rd) - Price they are quoting is 1845(it might change anytime, it seems).
    These people do not offer single bedroom.

    3. Dewy Terraces
    Chennai     - I see a project listed in OMR, i'm unable to get hold of a person working in this company to get some additional details.

    If any of you have some additional details or have booked in either of these, please chime in.

    unitech looks like a good offer. why not a 2bhk.? out of curiosity. if it is personal just ignore.

    did you check out chennaipattinam in the same vicinity.

    Nothing, since its only an investment which I was looking below 10 lakhs, I was insisting on 1BHK ..:)

    Arthi @ what price did you finalize the deal for SIS SAFAA???
    I am intrested in buying on in it too.. Please update @ the earliest so that i can take a wise decision on pricing.

    Victoria Towers in OMR Road

    Hi,

    I am looking at buying a flat in OMR Road. Does anyone know of Victoria Towers - Suryavardhan builders. Have any of you booked there ? Surprisingly I cannot find any reviews about them in any groups/forums.

    suryavardhan estates is jv of tarapore and mangalthirth. tarapore of tarapore towers and mangalthirth of spencer plaza.

    This victoria towers was first promoted in 2007 I think and then the launch rate was around 2500-2700. recently i heard it was upwards of 3800-4000.what is the rate you are quoted.

    I heard one of my friend dropped this project when the cost started escalating from his first defined budget and also the completion date dragging far.

    If i am not mistaken, there is a google group of the buyers - info from the friend who dropped.

    Hi,

    I am looking at buying a 3bhk in doshi nakshatra 1 in tambaram. I am not much familiar with the area. Can someone help me out with some location details in terms of locality? They are asking for 2800-3000 per sq ft and almost 75% of the apartments are already booked. Has anyone booked in Doshi? How is their quality and service?

    How are u? Hey Doshi is good and you can go for it. And i think 2800-3000 seems to be reasonable.
