hi i would like to try beef biriyani.... can someone provide me a receipe for that.. also, what kind of beef should i look for ,when buying it..........

Re: need receipe for beef biriyani When u get beef, marinate it in curd for atleast 2 hours which will make it tender. Pressure cook for 20-30 min with weight on it. Then use it in biriyani.
