This is absolutely true...A great life without problems will definitely add a glow to a girls' face....Stress causes harmonal imbalance and affects her cycles....Her eyes will show whether she is happily living or not.

Your face is the index of your mind. Its an old proverb and now a days you can say your face reflects your mood. If you are happy, your face will blossom a smile automaically. Of course the happiness of any marriage is fully depend on the spouces. IF YOUR DH IS NICE AND CARING, IF HE IS A GOOD FELLOW, no doubt, the wife will be HAPPY always, that would bring a smile in her face all the time!

 

You are very correct.
Not only he outer look will be dull but due to stress it will give her tremendous preassure which will affect her health. If she is young her body can still take it, as she ages her body will eventually give way to lots of sickness....
I am one person who cannot dress up well i.e putting on make up etc when i am down, but when I am cheerfull I can dress well. It just comes automatically i.e the sense to take care of ourselves when we are happy...

The quote is true. But does not mean that all women are happy are those with good husbands! It is only true in one sense - A good husband makes a woman happy and it is not necessary that a not good husband makes one unhappy! I know so many women who continue to stay fresh as a flower, be happy and make other happy even if marrriage is a bad one. It all dawns on a realisation that it is just a part of life, and there are other aspects to a fulfilled life as well. On celebrities, it is the profession that demands them to be that way. It is not like Radhika loves to be married thrice, or dress up at the drop of a hat - but if that is the profession, then so be it! It is like barking when on a disguise of a dog!

Whenever I feel down, I watch a lot of people outside and used to think this when I see them smiling. Are these people really so happy or are they like me - hiding all their problems behind the smile....

 

True, I suppose. If the women has narrowed her life onto a person. So, if she defines as her life, as her husband (and nothing else) and it turns out good, I am sure she will show it easily. It may not be true if she has a life in addition to marriage (like Nandu pointed out.....a career!!!!).

 

You are absolutely correct. It is 100% true in unhappy marriages.

Now my wife is always cheerful, well dressed with nicely kempt hair and you know why ;-)
