I am living in Dubai and have a freiend in Stuttgart. However I have lost in touch with her for almost a year now. All I know is she is in Stuttgart.

I have heard that any person living in Germany has to be registered with the local Registration office. Hence this I feel is a good source to find my friend.

It would be really great if anyone please help me with the contact details of this Registartion office in Stuttgart.
