    Hi,
Can any one tell me does doing cycling on exercise cycle reduces tummy fat, thigh fat and butt fat ?

What is sprint in cycling, I googled but couldnt get it in terms of cycling.

For how much time and at what speed beginners should start cycling and how to increase it?
Any tips regarding diet and cycling will be helpful for me as I am having my tummy fat, thigh fat and butt fat.

Presently my daily food plan is
    8:30 am - breakfast - rice
    1:00 pm - Lunch - rice
    9:30 - 10:30 pm - dinner - rice

I rarely take chapathi, I know I should reduce rice intake.
It will be great if any one gives me tips on what to choose for food other than rice which is healthy food. ( I read some where we need to take food which has more proteins and less carbohydrates and less fat to burn our fat).

    Please guide meDrowning

    Thanks,
    Ambika.

    hi dear,

first you need to change your diet you are eating too much of carbohydrates andnot working out.
i suggest first that you join a gym , cycling it self will not help since you will only be working your legs.
if you will join a gym you can do aerobics which will work out the entire body and you will be exercising your entire body.
you should change your eating plan.
drink at least 2 litres of hot water everyday and try to have lots of salads and fruits like apple, red water melon.

    alpa:thumbsup

    hi ambika...

Cycling alone will not be helpfull... to reduce tummy fat and thigh fat you can do situps and abs crunches...which really helps... climbing staircase is the best exercise for reducing butt...

regarding your diet... through the day you are eating only rice which is not at all good... you can have rice for lunch alone... have some other healthy breakfast dinner have lesser in quantity... immediately if you cant avoid atleast replace rice with chappti for dinner in the beginning ... your dinner timing is very very late... you need have have your dinner minimum 3-4 hrs before your bedtime...

drink 2 ltrs of hot water daily...

    hope this helps...
