    Hi Padma,

thank you for your comment. I have already given the 'Ready Made Puliyodra Mix'.
I have given this in my 'Mixed rice varities"
    Just click this link.
And also given the 'Pulikachyal' recipe.
You can make both the varities if you prepare those mix and keep it handy.
Please try them and give me your feed back.

    Smooth Peanut Butter

    Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
    1 tbsp. peanut oil

    Method:

Mix the peanuts with the peanut oil, and pour the mixture into the food processor.
Process the mixture until it's very smooth.
Store your smooth peanut butter in a sealed container in the fridge.
It will be good for 2 weeks.
    Enjoy Bread with Peanut Butter.

    Chunky Peanut Butter

    Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
    1 tbsp. peanut oil
    Method:

Take about 1/4 cup out of your 1 1/2 cups of peanuts and set them aside.
Mix the rest of the peanuts with the oil, and pour the mixture into the food processor.
Process the mixture until it's very smooth, then stir in the peanuts that you had set aside.
Process a few seconds more to create the chunks in your chunky peanut butter.
Store your chunky peanut butter in a sealed container in the fridge.
It will be good for 2 weeks.
Generally children like this 'Chunky Peanut Butter'

Note: You can use corn or sunflower oil instead of peanut oil.

    Hi halloweenangel,

you can use "hot sweet and sour paste"

to make chutney for samosa or you can use it any where in the side dish to get sweet and hot taste, as per your taste.

you can use onion masala paste
that too without coconut, so you can use this for any dish like side dishes, or pulav. you can use this paste where ever you use onion. This will come handy when you prepare and keep this in the freezer.

you can use green chilly paste
where ever you use green chilly. This will come handy when you prepare and keep this in the freezer. you can also make red chilly paste and use that.

Basic Gravy this is the best one. if you prepare and keep this in the freezer, you can make many dishes within no time. ( I think in hotels they are keeping this Basic gravy ready and they will prepare the dish which we order them at that time) I use to keep this in my fridge so that we can prepare, any dish like alu matter, alu panner, or mixed veg. as per your wish and need. hope this will help you.

One request to you. while posting a post in IL please dont use SMS type posts. ok ya?:)
