    child breath through mouth

    Dear selviraj,
don't worry, my son also did like that when he was around 7-8 years old. One dentist told me that I should treat it, the cost was around 12 thousands. I just let it go. Then I read somewhere that children breath through their mouth because of some normal growth reason, I don't remember what that was. So do not be afraid. Now my son is 14 years old and he is perfectly alright.
    All the best,
    varloo

My son also does the same. I too was concerned and consulted ENT specialists. The doc explained that the nasal passage is blocked due to a large Adneoid. Time is the best healer , as kids tend to overcome this as they grow up. Else a very minor surgery needs to be performed. But nothing to worry. So I am hoping my son outgrows it.
