I’m a SAHM with a 15 month old baby. Live in mid west (US). I’ve been seeing two kids passing around our neighborhood with a dog since last one month or so. Younger one is 10-11 year old girl and older one is a teenager boy. We have a neighborhood park and it seems these kids are homeless and stay in the park all day. Couple of times I’ve seen an adult lady with them, think she’s their mom. I want to help them and approach safely. Don’t want to inform HOA since they may ask them to leave. Not sure if they have any other place to go. What can I do?

I believe so. I don’t go to park very often due to weather conditions. Will try to check tomorrow during school hours.

Thats very kind of you .. God Bless :).
Why dont you choose a good busy time at the park and go with 2-3 other mums ( just to accompany)and approach her?.

Good point. Do the kids look clean and healthy? Does the pet look well-fed?
