Neither my in-laws nor my parents took a lot of photographs of my wife/myself when we were kids as photography was not as developed as it is today. As these photographs are rare, I cherish them when I get an opportunity to see them. One of my wife's relatives sent a photograph of my wife when she was 1 year old and 2 years old yesterday and when I asked my wife to forward it to me, she sent it to me without any hesitation. I am going to archive this in my permanent photograph collection.

My mother had some of my photographs when I was an infant and unfortunately, some of them are perfectly dressed as a girl with long hair and a gown while others are with inadequate outfits. Despite many requests from my wife, I didn't get them from my mother.

Because of this experience, I have an excellent collection of photographs of my son which I can easily share with his spouse.

Do you have photographs of you or your spouse as an infant?

    Yes we do .
He looked like an angel ....and I looked like a doll.
Both my children looked exactly like him when they were infants.

I envy the present generation of parents who always have a camera in their hands.
I missed so many moments when my kids were really young because I could never catch the moment with a camera in time.

I even have a picture of my mother as an infant . A rare prized pic .

What a wonderful topic for a thread! I have seen DH's photos at my in-laws' place. One beautiful memory from one India trip: Let's assume my son's name is Raja for this narration. : )

He was around 15 months old, and the entire clan was gathered. My kids' cousins were showing them old albums. One photo had my DH at 15 months old, with his siblings.

My son pointed to that photo and said, "Raja." We all burst out laughing.
Someone said, "No that is your father."
    My son: "That is Raja."
Someone: "No .. that is long ago. That is your father."
My son launched back with one last valiant "That is Raja.." and burst into tears. : ) All felt so bad that for the rest of that trip, almost everyday, we showed him that album and he said "Raja" and we all nodded "Yes.. Raja.."

I do. When we got married my in-laws compiled us a photo album of their family pictures right from when they were married, so there are many pictures of my husband right from birth to early adulthood. Most of these are professional black and white pictures with a good mixture of candids as well. It is a wonderful piece of family history. I have some pictures of myself too that my parents gave me, but now where as well-organized.

Yes, we do! Tons of pictures of my husband and about half a dozen mine.
We have both of our pictures when we were 6 months old with our kids at the same age frames together.
It’s fun to look at those pictures. My son is a replica of my son with my dark hair and dark eyes and my daughter looks a lot my MIL with blue eyes and light hair.
We also have my mom and MIL’s infant pictures.

    We both do.
In fact, we dusted our old family album from both of our respective parent's place after our kids were born.

My DD is a mini-me. She looks exactly the same as I looked when I was in her age.
I used to compare both of our pics at different mile stones like at 3 months when we started sleeping on our tummy & lifted the head, then at 1 year on our first birth day till the first school day and price giving events... In fact, I used to recreate all my past pics with my DD to make it look more similar with similar type/color dresses, background and all. It is so much fun.

My son looks similar to my H. Unfortunately my H doesn't have a lot of old pics of his childhood.
But now that, I've found some of his teen pics, and try to compare them with my 9 yr old son. Though their childhood doesn't appear to be similar, they look a like now. I mean, my son is a mini version of my H's present feature. But he was very different from my H's childhood version.
