    How do you follow this IF during the weekends? For me, it's difficult to do early dinner during the weekends. Kid is not ready to eat early. Weekdays are fine. I make that as a routine. It's difficult to do it early in the weekends. Do you cook separate meal for your and the family? How do you do?

    Hi,
    In weekends, we eat same dish for lunch and dinner.so easy for me to eat early in weekends. I eat slowly and relaxed early now. Else I have to feed my kids and then eat late. Nowadays I don’t cook special food for me in night. I eat what they eat. For lunch ,I may change if I have time.

    Happy to post that started with an early dinner on Sunday night, and it's been 4 consecutive days now of 15-16 hours fasting. Mostly 7pm to 11 am. Only water and green tea (no sugar, no milk) during the fasting window.

    Feels great. Like others said, the bloated feeling is less or not there. Overall, I feel "good" and it doesn't take any effort really. There is no lose weight goal as such though it would nice if some went away and stayed away. The biggest change has been that junk food consumption has gone down to almost zero.

    :hello:According to my Ayurvedic doc friend, dinner I.e. night food should be completed before sunset and next morning food taken after sun raise would keep away half of life’s problem.

    2. Fasting I am doing effortlessly, unconsciously for the last several decades between dinner and breakfast. Such fasts are broken with my break-fast easily and the result - light I Am.

    I’m doing 16:8 eat around 11:30 to 12 noon then before 7:30-8:00 I finish my dinner. I just have black tea in the morning and some salt water later before my first meal. I feel lighter and reduced cravings for junk. It’s been a week so far still have to figure what needs to be done to shed extra weight. As I see i didn’t loose much. Is it a slow process. How many months it will take to show up the results. Thanks

    Same here. While feeding kids it gets delayed. So I started getting food for myself same time while feeding kids I eat too. And during weekends If it’s delayed I delay my next meal next day as much as I can. Nowadays weekends r working out better to delay my first meal to another hour. 17:8

    Due to IF, I was able to fast(OMAD) on Tuesday without any problems. I wasn’t feeling hungry and I had only dinner really surprising!
