Anyone Like To Join With Me To Do Intermittent Fasting.

    I skipped breakfast so may be that’s the reason. My eating window is from 12 to 8pm. In between I have fruits.

    Today my eating window is 13: 11(10am to 8pm)

    Today I had my first meal at 11.30 and last meal at 6.30 pm. My fast start at 7 pm.

    May be you had enough sleep and that’s why waking up, as by sleep time you digested food, less lethargic. What time you going to bed? If you are completing at least 6 hours, and no less sleep symptoms, may be that much sleep is enough for you, you can use that morning time for other great habits like yoga, exercise, or making healthy food.

    I goto sleep around 10:30 or 11pm.
    All of a sudden I’m waking up very early.
    But today it was better atleast it was around 5 am. But again I tried sleeping and woke up at 7. I’m not getting sound sleep. Also from past 2 weeks I was highly stressed may be due to that
