    Breakfast - 1 whole boiled egg, 1 boiled egg white only n veggie omelette made w/o yolk
    Lunch - chapati n chicken curry
    Eve - tea with low carb digestive biscuit
    Dinner - idly n papaya

    No ex (as I’m down with fever n cough).

    Hi Anitha,

    H r u?
    when you say more calorie, you mean High in Carbs or calories?? Chia is most low carb fav when you are doing keto/low-carb, it is best consumed as pudding by soaking overnight either in Almond milk/coconut milk with drizzle of keto sugar and berry sauces or chocolate shaves, there are endless options...

    Absolutely @mangaii, I am also vegetarian but will eat eggs. Main concern for the vegetarians is the protein, but for keto the range is low-carb, medium protein and high fats, and we can very cover the protein intake with nuts/chia/hemp hearts/paneer/tofu/broccoli and so on

    Breakfast - 1 whole boiled egg, 1 boiled egg (white only), 8oz oatmeal and few pieces of potato tots
    Lunch - salad bowl (lettuce, romaine, carrots, cucumber, tortilla chips, tofu, olive oil, low spicy avocado dressings)
    Eve - orange
    Dinner - idly sambar n 1 small banana

    Ex:
    Taking it easy as I’m still recovering from sickness.
