Organic Celery is available in every grocery store in u.s. I just buy for 2 or 3 days. I take as much as one big cucumber size, cut wash and grind in regular mixer. Drink immediately on empty stomach in morning. Don’t eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes. For more info google “celery juice medical medium “ or search in YouTube.

OP I had pain at the back of my right knee. I was not able to stand for 10 minutes continuously. Was not able to climb few steps and will look for flat surface to walk.

I had to go to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed it as cyst. He suggested a simple leg exercise and within 10 days that cyst melted away and so did pain.

I can write that exercise in detail if you want to give it a try.

Sunpa - here is what I did -
I sit on a chair, back of the chair is on my left, knee back touching edge of seat ( this is very important).

Now while sitting straight slowly I lift both my legs up as much as I can comfortably. Hold in this position to the count of 10 initially. Then slowly bring both legs down, feet touching the floor. Repeat it 10 times.

Did this exercise 4-5 times in a day. Gradually tried to hold legs up to the count of 50 and almost parallel to floor.

The most important thing is to sit in a position where edge of chair seat must touch back of knee.

    That’s it.

I think you talking about bakers cyst. It comes at the back of the knee. My pain is on the upper side of the knee. Quadriceps area. I am going to PT for past 2 months.

As others already commented, pain spreading from one joint to the other is a cause of concern.. RA factor needs to be checked...even if RA factor is negative there are some forms of arthritis which are possible to occur...so this needs to be ruled out first..if it's not arthritis then what is causing the inflammation? Get a proper diagnosis with second opinion...

If you do consult a rheumatologist and get the reports reviewed ( CBC, ESR, RAfactor, C reactive protein, ANA, ACE , HLAB27 tests ) etc along with Xray , physical examination etc , and it turns out to not be arthritis, then good for you...
    Try Ayurveda or Homeopathy...
My friend has similar issue in knee...orthopedic prob...she got relief after taking Ayurvedic medicine and applying herbal oil to the affected portion...

Thank you so much for the reply.
I am in the US and not in India. I don't know if I can get a good ayurvedic doctor here. My Orthopedic did check for arthritis and said it's not. The inflammation is because of the biomechanics of my hip and knee.
