Buds journey starts again

    Hi @Buds

    Happy to see you back in IL, I would like join you gals to loose extra kgs in 2020.

    Current weight- 59.5kgs
    Jan goal weight - 58 kgs
    Final goal weight - 55 kgs

    I have been off with my diet and workout, need some serious motivation and get back to fitness!! getting back with old buddies is like cherry on top Oops no Sugars :BangHead:

    Writing down plan of action for Jan, so that I can stick with them:
    No Sugars
    Replacing rice with millets
    30 mins everyday workout

    Jan 08 2020 log:

    7.30 am - Coffee with no sugar
    8.30 am - 1/4th bowl of oatmeal with 1/2 banana and apple
    12.30 pm - 1/4 cup of oats with 1/2 cup sambar
    4.45 pm - 1 dosa with peanut chutney
    6.30pm - homemade yogurt drink

    water goal - 2 lts through out the day (need to work on this)

    Workout plan - 2 miles LS walk (30mins)

    Early Morning : Cinnamon honey warm water
    Breakfast - 2 toast with Tea
    Lunch : 1 vegetable sandwich + chickpea curry
    Afternoon : 1 banana+ coffee
    Dinner - grilled chicken+ little fried rice

    Exercise : 15 min arms workout + 22 min zumba workout + abs rest day

    @Buds - Thank you for the much needed motivation. I’m suffering from hormonal weight gain and struggling to maintain even. Gaining 3-4 lbs every two weeks for the past few months. Too tired to get out of the couch, forget exercising. Too tired to cook specific foods and too tired of being tired all the time. Hopefully I’ll get my food organized in Jan and start some running goals in feb! Good luck with your plan. I’m cheering you along.

    Jan 8, 2020

    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 1 boiled egg, 8 oz oatmeal & few pieces of potato tots
    Lunch - 1 baked salmon, small size Greek yogurt
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - 3 small ragi dosa, 3 paniyaram :smash2:with coriander chutney & Grapes


    Ex:
    Waking - 60 mins
    Floor Ex - 15 mins
    Total Steps: 16,848
    Distance: 8.1 miles
