    Hi all,
    Breakfast: two boiled egg and black coffee with low calorie sugar
    Lunch: keto eggplant parmigiana (no cheese)
    Eve: black coffee, almonds
    Dinner: air fried broccoli, since it is not sufficient I had low carb tortilla wrapped with sour cream and lettuce.

    Hi,

    Jan 7, 2020

    Breakfast - Butter coffee, 20 gms peanut
    Lunch - Cucumber Salad, Fish fry
    Eve - 1 cup tea without sugar
    Dinner - 2 eggs fried with cheese, Paneer and Ball pepper fried in butter
    Lime juice(salt) - 1 ltr
    Water - 2.5 ltr

    Ex:
    Walking - 30 mins
    Total Steps: 10K

    I am starting from today.

    Jan 08 2020 log:

    7.30 am - Coffee with no sugar
    8.30 am - 1/4th bowl of oatmeal with 1/2 banana and apple
    12.30 pm - 1/4 cup of oats with 1/2 cup sambar
    4.45 pm - 1 dosa with peanut chutney
    6.30pm - homemade yogurt drink

    water goal - 2 lts through out the day (need to work on this)

    Workout plan - 2 miles LS walk (30mins)

    Sravani,
    Is it ok to have oatmeal? I checked in carbs manager app and it’s asking to avoid due to high carbs. Oats is my everyday stomach filling quick breakfast!!! That too I eat only 8oz cup. So confused to switch to some other as we don’t have much choices for bf!!

    Yes Oatmeal does loaded with high carbs, hence I am taking only 1/4th cup of it max. When I was doing veg Keto diet in 2018 for 3 months, I had Chia pudding/eggs/grilled veggies for breakfast, they were equally filling as oatmeal. Twice a week I practice IF (intermittent fasting) and skip the bf altogether.

    Me too having a small bowl of oats (3 days) and planning to have veggie omelette as an alternative (4 days).
