    I have very low (statistical) sample size on this observation for any generalization. However in the aspect of "interior decor", what visitors see and compliment, I found that south indians are rather frugal, whereas those from west, north and east have a lot more pizzaz and glitz....comparing families of equivalent earnings, living in America.

    So ... most of us learned and speak a foreign language fluently. Why is nobody making viral videos about how amazing we are for speaking English? And we don't even proselytize.

    Not justified in suing. This was a prank between friends. Senseless and stupid prank but still a prank. It was not a restaurant employee knowingly serving a food the customer has clearly said she prefers not to eat.

    It would be like me suing my friends who insist on forwarding me vidoes on a topic I have told them many times I do not want to be

    If she loses, will she have to pay the cost the prankster ex-friends had to bear to defend themselves?
