I have lots of broken rice vadams and sago vadams.
They can't be fried, very small pieces.
Tried baking in oven but they got burnt.
    How to use them?

You can use the broken vadams to coat the pakoras before dropping them in hot oil. Vahchef made a video on this one long time ago.

    Hi Vedhavalli,

I have the same problem and I use it in all my recipes as fillers (like soya chunks). I put them in vethakozhambu, kootu, sambar, soups (basically anything with a liquid base) to act as a filler to absorb the moisture.

Basically vadams are just like rice-flour that we add to thicken or solidify a dish. So you can use them for all those dishes. You might have to adjust the salt since vadams are heavily salted mostly.
