    Which brand ?
Hahaha... you are so sweet !!
I think the last bag of rawa was Raj-something. It doesn't matter, so long as it does not have any bugs crawling in it.

When it is thick, you have to dilute the batter, as well as devise a means to spray it thinner. I taught my child to use a pump sprayer that one can buy in a garden shop (or from amazon).... there are also shampoo bottles (you can wash and repurpose) for this use.

Make a chutney of ginger, pepper, salt, curry leaves, asafoetida, and yoghurt. A smooth chutney is key to an unclogging spray. Mix a little bit of this chutney with water, rawa and rice flour (in the proportions suggested by one of those youtube video guys) in one of these spary bottles. Hold the neck and shake well, then set the nozzle at a wide spray, and spary onto a very very hot oiled tawa (or waffle iron)... no need to fill all the holes... just make sure that the surface is "generally covered". After a minute or so (if you are using a flat tawa and not waffle iron) slide a flipper over the surface to spread out the excess. If you are using a waffle iron, sprinle some oil on the lid, and close the lid. Listen to a 3 minute song on your ear buds before you open the lid.

Hint: You may also enlarge the spray nozzle hole by inserting a tiny philips screwdriver into the nozzle and rotating it to make it bigger.

What?? You spray dosa from that garden sprayer??

The holes in the spray would be so small that rava won't clog the hole?

Can a pizelle maker be used for savory waffles? I found two that do not use non-stick:
Amazon.com: Pizzelle Maker- Polished Electric Pizzelle Baker Press Makes Two 5-Inch Cookies at Once- Recipes Included: Electric Waffle Irons: Kitchen & Dining
Amazon.com: Palmer Pizzelle Maker Classic: Electric Pizzelle Makers: Kitchen & Dining

Talking of making it thin... has anyone bought and tried this dosa batter spreader (a slot-die coater that one rotates) shown in this video.

Thank you so much Rihana for the links. The pizzelle maker from the 2nd link is made from cast Aluminum, not sure about the metal used for the Pizzelle maker from the 1st link.I would like to stay away from nonstick and Aluminum cookware for health reasons.I appreciate your efforts in searching these up for me.I came across silicon waffle molds that can be used to make both sweet and savory waffles in an oven, need to find out if that's a healthy option.

Don’t use silicone in food contact. All polymeric organic materials have low molecular weight components that come out when conditions are right for them to do so. If you don’t like Teflon on aluminium, you should certainly not like silicone for anything other than trivet on your table.
