Its been almost 2 years since I visited India. I want to visit. But my DH is like visa will expire within an year so asking me to wait until then.

My parents are longing to see me.
One part of the mind says to visit. But other part of my mind says wait.

Also my parents cannot visit me due to many reasons.
I wanted to visit last year but due to my studies and work I couldn’t go.

Even now due to many things it’s difficult for me to go.

I’m really confused and feeling guilty at the same time.
I really don’t know wat to do!

If you have a short visit of 2 3 weeks then your visa will expire? Or after a year your current visa will expire?

If your visa will expire anytime soon, then better you renew it and go. That's more peaceful.
But if your visa is to expire later (one year is 12 months), and your planned India trip is 3-4 weeks or less, then what's the problem. You could probably return after enjoying a great vacation before your visa expires.

If I were you, I would follow my instinct. Specially when old parents are involved, and there is a serious desire to see them.
You can't afford to regret this decision later.

However, if your H has a valid reasoning (other than visa expiration or anything related to visa), then I would take that into account and make a plan accordingly.

Why don’t you just take 2 weeks short visit to India. That’s ok if you have visa till next year.

Honestly,as DDream said please don’t take risk now..Then you don’t want to get into any visa problem

    It’s only 6 months.
In the meantime, plan your trip well what you will do when you go to India trip etc..
