    @pihu123 try this,
    Boost fertility with yoga

    Yoga poses and their types

    Castor Oil Therapy for Reproductive Health - Natural Fertility Info.com

    You can try all these before ovulation or follicle rupture.

    I don't think it's connected to the medicines you are taking.. You can check with your doctor once.. They may advice appropriately.

    Hi ivf ladies,

    I will be starting stimming by this week for egg retrieval. I am terrified of the injections and the upcoming OHSS. I am 31 and have Amh of 7. We are doing ivf/icsi due to azoospermia and i have currently no issues with my system. Did anyone had egg retrieval in usa and had ohss recently? How common is it and is it managable? I see lot of forums on internet that gives more scary info on ohss. Looking for some advise pls.

    OHSS should not be a major concern as long as you are being properly monitored. If your estrogen levels are really very high at the time of retrieval your doctor may opt to do a freeze-all to avoid the risk of OHSS if you become pregnant from a fresh transfer.
    You should also ask your doctor and nurse about any concerns you have.

    Thanks for the reply. My doctor's office anyway doesnt do fresh transfers. It will be frozen anyway. Also nurse said i will be monitored due to my high amh level. My concern is how bad is ohss? - is it painful/uncomfortable/dangerous/scary??
    What are the indian foods i can have post ER? Because i see lot of suggestions for gatorades and salty snacks.

    I had a good amount of bloating and a lot of discomfort after retrievals as my E2 levels were always high. OHSS will be even more extreme. Your clinic should give you information about what to watch for and when to seek immediate medical attention if something occurs.
    I just had normal light foods afterwards: dal, rice, sabzi etc. Nothing greasy or deep-fried. I did drink plenty of fluids but not much salt as I did not want to worsen the feeling of bloatedness.
