I take the 5000 mcg biotin made by Sports Research, and New Chapter one-a-day women's multivitamin, both available on Amazon. Biotin causes breakouts in some people, just be aware.

    Thank you so much @kveena.
I tried almond oil. I didnt know there is a sweet almond oil. Will check that out.
I have severe hairfall. So I tried mixing few oils like almond oil, castor oil, avacado oil, coconut oil. Nothing helps.

Maker sure you are healthy - Not anemic, no thyroid or vitamin deficiency issue or any other health problems. A detailed blood work can reveal it. Eat healthy diet. I think the rejuvenation should start from inside, only then all these external agents like oil etc help.

I had thick long beautiful hair, but noticed hairfall when I moved to US. This lead to thinning of my hair too. May be due to the change in weather, water and lifestyle. Also noticed increase in hairfall with health issues.

In India, I was used to hair oil made from coconut oil plus herbs and natural home made shampoos. Very rarely I used chemical shampoos or hotwater for hair . But in USA, I started using shampoos frequently . If your shampoo contain sodium laureate sulaphate (SLS) -almost all shampoos contain it-(look at the ingredients) it will enhance hair fall and reduce hair quality. So reduce the use of shampoos for the time being, or find natural shampoos or baby shampoos (mild ones) that dont contain SLS for frequent use ('google to know the brands without SLS'). See if shampoos is the reason. It really helped my husband's hairfall issue. Also make sure you are not using really warm water on your head. Massaging scalp with good oil (like others suggested) a few days per week and taking supplements can also help. Good luck
