    :hello:A mine of information and practical wisdom can often be browsed and referred here only if her original popular identity is restored at an early date and it is feasible with today’s technology. I do not think if I click Ramasala (not rava masala) profile would lead me to her past contributions In INDUSLADIES.

    2. I would also like to second @Anusha2917 ‘s nomination of @gorgeous23 response in the thread accepting kids as who they are.
    Thanks and Regards.

    thank you @Anusha2917 for nominating :blush:
    thank you @Cheeniya sir
    as parents, i think, our role is to expose the kids to various activities & options & let them choose what suits them.
    at the end of the day, we all want our children to be happy in life, not necessarily a topper or to be an accomplished artiste.

    @Cheeniya sir,
    Hope the arrival of monsoons in Kerala has brought in some relief to the Chennai scorchers. My parents are living the life, wish when retirement gets here, I can be there where they are. If only wishes had wings!
    Talking about wishes, how often have we seen young girls come here and post about hopeless situations. We try to help them through their thought process and wish that they find it in them to make their situations better. One such poster came back recently to post such a positive post that it made my month! She went through a lot of turmoil but came out swinging. All this, in an alien land with no support system whatsoever. I love happy endings and love to read about women who have overcome and made it. If you look through @Caughtinbetween's old posts, you will see everything she had to overcome to achieve whatever she has today. So this post from her in the money matters forum is proof of her resilience and hard work. She's achieved all this while dealing with a tremendous amount of personal stress. I applaud her for taking things one small step at a time and getting here. I think all of us can learn a thing or two from her. Best of all, I love her humility and the way she accepts suggestions, tries it out and then often comes back with updates. She had started a post in the E&PG section a couple of years ago on career advancements and has also come back and updated us here. Women can follow her posts here and see how she took things one day at a time, one step at a time and emerged stronger.

    I would like to nominate the above two posts for the FP this month.

    Congratulations @Caughtinbetween . You are an example of how to turn things around by not reacting but acting on it slowly. It's a quality I have always lacked but have admired in many. Regardless of the FP win, you are a winner in my books.

    :hello:I am inclined to agree intoto. I have read all her posts from one to n and she is easily role model for many who are struggling a lot in aleign land with or without support system.
    I second the nomination as proposed above.
    Regards.

    @Laks09
    Dear Laks
    Your post nominating @Caughtinbetween 's posts is itself nomination worthy! I am not surprised that @Thyagarajan caught on to it and promptly seconded them.
    Caughtinbetween's Need Savings Advice and her response No.18 in the thread Advise On Taking Course are both sterling stuff. She has a way with her words and I have noted for my future use this:
    I do hope that Caughtinbetween is able to secure a fabulous property in Hyd, a city I love a lot and have a lot of nostalgic memories about.

    Hi @Laks09 ,

    Thank you very much for the above nomination , its very surprising for me to see myself in this thread . I'm humbled by this gesture of yours . But I stand no where in front of highly accomplished people i see here , they all are much taller than me and worthy of the praise and appreciation that comes along. In the years since I have joined this forum , I have always received only helpful advices and tried to use whatever and however way i could . All the experinces that fellow members share definitely stays at the back of your mind , no matter if you could use it all or some . Atleast in my case , most of the times the things that i read here stays with me , even if I could not follow it through. That for me is the most important thing that i learn from here and is price less . I really want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the people who advised and counseled me all these years and continue to do so . Thats the most cherished memory that i have made . Thank you.

    Thank you @Thyagarajan sir for supporting it . I feel happy to see your feedback.
