So nice to read you! There must have been something in the air, last week I mean! I am glad you are felling better and you have found your pot of gold for this instance with this rainbow. Spring is such a magical time and I am glad you are enjoying it.

I think we go through these phases constantly for different situations in life whether we realize or not.

Talking of seagulls, my heart always lifts with joy anytime I see them, even if they snatch food Geese in our area are like that - we are wary of them and need to protect ourselves.

A wonderfully written snippet. You did the right thing by walking out and enjoy the nature. There are perfect example for what we go through everyday. Rain or shine, the plants accept them gracefully. The flowers yet to bloom wait for their chance, the flowers of today happily bloom knowing their opportunity is today and the flowers of yesterday bend down their face with humility for the opporrunity. The lush green lawn let the cows and goats to graze to satiate their appetite. The plants let the birds to build their nests and let them lead a peaceful life. They also feed them with fruits.

The whole world accept things as is as mostly it is our reaction that makes thing difficult for us. Thoughts are like the clouds in the blue sky and blue sky is who we really are. Clouds move in the direction the wind is blowing. Similarly our reactions move in the direction of our emotions. If we set our mind to receive and let go thoughts with no ownership, the life will be as beautiful as the rainbow.

I am understanding the acceptance is the key. At times my ego and yearning for other’s acceptance makes me suffer. I am really taking baby steps forward and hoping to continue so. "If the angles at which the light enters the water droplet are correct, ideally at an angle of 42 degrees and then if it goes through a refraction and reflection then this gorgeous phenomenon can be produced. An observer also must be at a perfect position to observe this beauty. Isn’t the life same?" 2. You have said it beautifully that in Nature, Botany & Man triangle, the man is in conflict with other two in the name of progress and engaged all times in the form of construction and destruction. Mind of mankind is that of monkey and he thinks He ownsthe Nature and or conquered Her.
3. It is clear why rainbow has become a rare phenomenon in this part of the world.

My Dearest Vani,

I have shared something I experience with @vidhyalakshmid i.e. to consider each experience and thought as experienced by a new person and not by the same person. That removes the burden of legacies. All of us have preconceived notion about each person and expect them to do somethings that we believe they should do. This expectation disappoints us often. If we are purely Atma and we are not the body and mind, then every experience is experienced by someone and that someone can be assumed as different person each time. We connect all our thoughts and experiences together and determine the value of life as positive and negative. If we break it down into each experience and thought and record only the lessons out of it, the burden of memories disappear. The pure divine in us remains a witness to everything and accept the actions of the tools we have as is. Therefore, we determine our own destiny.
