Feeling Very Stressed

    Am in my 5th Mon of pregnancy and some times feeling very stressed..at that time crying alot by sitting alone ... can't able to control my self even I know it's not good for baby... of course for crying there is a reason which will won't change anything if I cry or not ...but it's making me more stressed...is it really bad crying during pregnancy and is it affects the baby growth....

    There are mood swings during pregnancy but it does affect the baby. You should try to be calm and happy. Try to do yoga and meditation and read some holy books. Your diet your exercise and your mind everything will affect the baby. Please take care to get a normal and healthy child.

    I like to share a positive happening. Someone I know had a complicated pregnancy right from the moment she found out she was pregnant. With so much complications one after the other she delivered a premie and they are still not out of the woods yet. But this whole time she dealt with a smile taking one day at a time. Not once she showed her fear or was upset and today seeing the baby s’ smile I think it’s the mother’s approach attitude and healthy state of mind that the baby made through all the complications.

    Keep yourself in a happy state by doing whatever you like. Good food music friends family all helps.

    Have a healthy happy safe pregnancy.

    Hi dear,

    I read somewhere that occasional day to day stress makes the baby emotionally stronger but frequent stress and crying is not good for the baby.
    Clearly remember that at this time you & your baby are of atmost priority and put all the other things aside. Try to stay away from stress triggers/ negative ppl. If you're in a position where you can avoid then just ignore & divert your mind to something else.
    Don't sit alone when you are upset, go out for a relaxing walk, read positive stories or just share it with a good friend and let it go.
    Keeping a happy mind is equally important as healthy eating during pregnancy. Please think about what a blessing you have within you and it's your responsibility to take care of the little bean and you can do that only by keeping yourself emotionally strong.

    Dear OP
    Looks like you are grieving over something that cannot be changed. Its normal and happens to many of us. When you find yourself in that dark place and start to cry, keep repeating to yourself “ i am strong, this won’t stop me”. It worked for me. Hope it works for you

    I don’t know what is bothering you but you say things won’t change. So why bother worrying. Focus on the baby and yourself for now. Wishing you a safe pregnancy!

    Thanks for your support ...the main reason for my stress is my family onl ..which I can't do anything...some times I felt very exhausted and can't even prepare my juice even though no one bother of me or my baby... yesterday I had a very bad headache which makes me more weak ..no one cared or didn't ask wats happened or do u need anything...even I prepared my juice my self and kept it in fridge am not in position to wake up and take it left me like like that for starving...am not bother myself even there is a baby with me which is belongs to there house even not concern about the baby Al's..which I can't able to eat in the afternoon and left my plate as like that and suffering and my husband watching movies besides me and my in-laws never care whether I ate or not. Yesterday the whole day am not well ...at least my husband has to take care of it which it is making me more to cry by thinking of it...I know if I cry als they won't change but my weakness not helping me to control

    Thanks for your support.. of course am the one has to take care of my self and baby but the other family members negligence towards my baby making me more stress ...even they never care about whether I had anything or not Al's when am sick Al's...

    Of course am saying the same thing to myself even though my tears not stopping the only way I can relive from my stress is crying ....but afraid of my baby and his growth..
