Hi all I'm working and need some guidance in meal plans that you all follow for a week.. And tips for fast cooking.. * I'm a beginner at cooking any tips will help.. Eg.. my rice cooks only half way when I try to make pulav even if water is 1:3 ratio.. 2. Heard if we add potatoes it will reduce the saltiness.. 3. Salt ratios..really bad at this! Anything that you learnt on the way..
check youtube video in this post for one week mealplan from a vegetarian kitchen. However, if you cannot make fully cooked rice, you'd be a tough self-learner. Let your husband (you said wife in the title) deal with the cooking. It is alright in this modern age. Also this youtube video linked here, and the one here

To start with try lot of one pot meals.. like veg biryani; pulao; jeera rice; coconut rice; capsicum rice etc. There r lot of videos for all these recipes.. nd for salt in tamil v say “Kann alavu” which means no measurements.
