How To Fight With Body Heat During Pregnancy

    Hi am in 24th week of pregnancy..and am feeling veryvery from some weeks.. taking lot of water and fluids Al's but not feeling good..any suggestions how to reduce the body heat.. thank you

    Hi,

    try chilled nimboo pani / sharbats / butter milk.. it will help to cool body heat..

    Also Have cucumber / mint in food .. U can have mint in sharbats/ Chatni form..

    Ya thank you will try with nimboo water.. already taking butter milk and coconut water but not showing much results..

    First talk to ur gynac regarding this.
    If possible apply some mehendi on feet especially. It will reduce some body heat.
    I also take tulsi beej alongwith water. Please ask ur doctor before trying anything
    I soak small teaspoon of tulsi beej in one glass drinking water keep it overnight n then next day drink it after brushing

    I already told him he said he can't do anything with that rather than taking more liquids..wat ever I asked him he was saying have wat ever you want..so asking for some remedies here.. thanks for rlpy..

    Try henna on head
    Feet has some points for uterus
    Don’t do anything with feet, other putting in water
