Are we all going to morph into copy of our mothers?

I’m working and I’ve a young toddler. With all the work stress and handling a child I was irritated and showed my anger one day and I remembered it was exactly the way my mom showed anger when she was overwhelmed with work. I mean ditto the way I shouted, the body language. She was a working woman too.

Now I step back and pause for a while when I get irritated and I don’t wanna repeat that
