:hello:Thank you for your concern for me too.
    2. I agree but since viewing OP’s post and reading others’ views - opinions and advise, I am impelled to be anxious.
    3. In my life of 76+, I had encountered and witnessed since my age 12 , various forms of young DIL’s committing suicide and naturally am perturbed and remain disturbed.
    God Bless.

:hello:I feel somewhat recovered the aftermath of the eerie title of disturbing thread amended by moderator @Cheeniya to more tolerable one in respect of recent ‘self destructive!’ post by @adisum alias Aditi.
    2. My son brought now two titles for my read
a). Unlocking the Secrets to Living Your Dreams ( Chicken Soup for The Soul)
b). The tipping point by Malcolm Gladwell
Any comments on its worthy read?
    Regards.
    God Bless.

just completed another terry pratchett: the wee free men.

i mean wow, how come i had not read any of this before !!! crivens !!
i have just at taken to reading YA now that my daughters are growing up & i really plan to introduce her to the heroine: tiffany aching.
some other YA books i read: northern lights trilogy by philip pullman, the witch series by ruth chew are also good, but terry pratchett just blew my mind.
wonderfully written with dry wit, yet down to earth & some really good life lessons both for kids as well as adults.

You are just getting started, his books are social commentary couched in humor and wit. They are enjoyable even when you re-read them since you notice jokes you hadn't seen before.

Terry Prachett passed away from Alziemer's a few years back. But before passing he worked on a documentary " living with Alziemer's" to document the effects on his life. i highly recommend it

Even his death announcement was typical him...you need to read the death books for the context.

AT LAST, SIR TERRY, WE MUST WALK TOGETHER

P.S. this is my last post fan girling Prachett I promise.

    3. God Young ones dreamers will like it tremendously.
