    Hi felonopsis, how are you.
    As per my weighing scale IAM at 64 for past 2 months.so I have Hit a plateu.so last week I increased my work out session.guess this will shake my body.
    Included more strength training and reduced cardio.my stubborn fat s difficult to shed.but inch wise I can see some changes
    Anyways good luck to you.stay on track

    Hi all.
    My diet update for s day
    Morning_banana, coffee.
    Bf- 2 chapati
    Midmorning-coffee and apple
    Lunch-rice sambar,snake guard kootu,raw banana fry
    Eve-coffee,black eyed peas poriyal
    Dinner-2 dosai
    In my intake I take coffee thrice difficult to change
    Ex.did cardio and strength training
    Weight still same 64

    had been a good 3 days..following a decent healthy diet

    27.2.19

    Honey+hot water
    Tea
    Oats+curd
    Mid day- snake guard
    Rice+2 veggies+dal
    Eve- Tea+1 biscuit
    Night- 1 pomegranate

    Exer- Gm workout for an hour

    Mid Morn- Bottle guard+curd
    Rice 1 cup+carrot+Brinjal
    Eve-Tea
    Night-Papaya

    Exer- 1.25 hrs- Cycling in gym

    My current weight seems to be 65.0..infact it was 66.5 3 days before , am surprised to see the change. probably that was floating weight and kind of normalized now. But nevertheless i am motivated now.

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Was on travel and had to eat on the availability+no exercise as i was travelling back to back with two lil monsters. Started it again today

    I am a fitness freak and for a long time
    Though fit was not so Happy coz I was not able to eat some food which I like..

    Eat according to Your genetics
    Eat good combinations
    Have 150 minutes Of exercise per week
    Eat required calories


    Her method works well.So many celebs have tried including kareena,anip
    Kher and even as a regular audience I tried and it works very well.
