Ladies .... anyone from these areas .... can you please help me with rentals or lease estimates at these locations for a 2 bhk apartment / villa ... I am familiar with Tambaram area a little ... but not much with Porur ... anyone around from there ... can you give ideas and inputs on good apartment complexes or gated communities here? As for Thiruneermalai I am inclining towards Temples Waves ... Tambaram not very sure about the options either ... Any inputs will help. Thanks a lot
It includes maintenance. You can also get individual house for the same 10-12K. Please try Kolapakkam also (1/2 KM inside of Moulivakkam)

Water in general is not a problem in those areas..However pls ensure that if the house have boring facility or not..Municipal water also comes but at a specified time only..Safety is okay.. All the necessary household provisions are available nearby..Now Saravana Stores has also came up at Porur.. Hope this helps..
