Not so long ago we were Together, playing in the fields, Oh! those dew filled mornings were Deep within me so none can steal. Our hunt for those blueberries, Adventurous mango stealing days, Sun or moon, we'd never cease. So joyful we were, as if in a daze. Growing up brings a lot of gain, We were told then and believed it too. You know that there exists some pain Which stays through out our lives, true. Where are you all now? I don't know! What are you doing? I only hope That you are all doing great and so I won't be saying how I cope. When was the last time we all met? You can place all your odds and bet That we won't be able to recollect that. In our own parallel worlds, we left. Nobody is left with just nothing. Something is there for us to cherish. These memories exceed precious things In value. Hence I now only wish To go back to that beautiful world Where "hads" and "had nots" were together. It would be as if a dream unfurled. Come friends! Lets have fun together!

@rgsrinivasan I'm not that good at giving feedbacks so I was silent. Nice one and your poem brings back sweet memories. If someone asks me which is my best phase of life until now, I say "my childhood" without hesitation.
Brought some nostalgic memories RGS. Initially I thought Parallel Universe. Yes it would be nice to go back to the world of childhood. Took me back to those school days. Thanks for sharing
