You are very strong. Keep going.

I think your vomiting needs medical intervention . Have you seen a phychiatrist , you should go for counseling , I don’t think anyone on IL is equipped to give suggestions on this.

Please find one and go for counseling immidiately

Hugs to you. I feel the main reason is stress. Just wait for 1 day.
Who knows you may be getting the results you were waiting for.

As soon as you wake up, just tell yourself that you are not going to do self induced vomiting. Bulimia is not good for you.
    Anyways all the best

You will come out of this phase of life stronger, wiser and a much better you. Better as in "seasoned". No matter how this phase ends.

I say this based on experience. And I see some similarity in our personalities. You set a goal for yourself and completed the 100 days of positivity under a time of immense personal stress. That is a mark of a survivor.

Just reading your first line makes me feel. That you are on the road of betterment.
Keep visiting parks, gardens and fresh air does make a magic. .
One big tight hugs to you buddy, you are a strong soul.... .
You should write down about all that you feel, if it's negative tear into million ljeve8and flush it away.
If it's positive build more on them and talk to your mom every day, she is the best healer, medicine and comfort that you can get.

Anusha - You have been here before. You did overcome it. We can’t always stay positive when faced with insurmountable obstacles. It’s ok to slide down a little or a lot. Since you’ve done this before, you know you can start back up again. You now know what you can do to get back to where you were when you were in the best frame of mind.

Seems like you have a very supportive family. That’s such a blessing. Hang in there and know it will get better and that you have people who are there for you.

Also try to ask your fertility doc if she can refer you to a counselor to tide through this time. Professional help is sometimes warrantied and can make a big difference.

    Take care!

    Anusha,

After reading your post I feel this time round this need to vomit is coming from your anxiety about the result which you will not know till tomorrow. Literally your mind has fixated on the thought that by purging the food you can purge the anxiety. However as you have discovered the purging is causing weakness and no real effect on your anxiety.

You seem to be doing the right things and surrounded yourself with the right people. Now it is a matter of marking time till tomorrow. You are nearly there. Try to divert your mind with whatever strikes your fancy. Go read your 100 days’ thread and remind yourself of each incident in detail not just what you wrote for us. Basically avoid thinking about tomorrow, the result or the ramifications, do whatever you need to do that and see if that reduces the anxiety and hence need to vomit. Deep breaths, walking outside in public place so you feel fresh air may help. All the best dear for a good result tomorrow!
PS: during both my pregnancies I had morning sickness so maybe this is a good sign?
