Mahanubhavulu (esteemed & discerning members) who haven't posted their appreciations yet or plan to post more appreciations might be feeling the pressure of time running out. : ) I would like to take this opportunity to highlight one part of the first post below. There is time. Plenty of time.

Some more I've been wanting to write about. This time, not in alphabetical order. There is plenty of time but time is of essence too.

@peartree, @1Sandhya , @armummy - Like reading your posts in all sections. It is great to agree with the opinions and also when we view a topic differently. Your posts often make me pause and think.

@Priya16 - Does not post often, but when she does, advice is on the dot. There is a unique approach in the advice and a different way of stating it. Gets down to the "do this, don't do that" quickly in the post.

@MalStrom - If I had to choose a member whose response style I'd like to emulate, it would be MalStrom. Never seen a long reply from her. Succinct and often without unnecessary judgement. Doesn't hesitate to speak up for OP or for a member facing tough time in a thread. Very well-informed and reasoned opinion about many topics. I've learnt a lot from her posts even in threads I have not posted in.

@madras2018 - One of IL's finest posters and contributions of a very high quality, from the heart, unequivocal. Posts rather rarely but posts show that enormous thought and care went into composing the post. Sometimes I read her response even without reading the first post of a thread.

@Naari, @Sandycandy, @Sunburst -- I miss your posts. Your absence made IL less irresistible. @Naari, you reminded me of the time I was much younger, in real life and in IL. @Sandycandy - a combination of fun, sassy, compassionate, and brought life to threads. @Sunburst - Presented opinion in strong words without unnecessary apology. I liked the direct style and willingness to engage for a reasonable length. Hope to see you guys back soon. If you are already posting, hats off to the camouflage. : )

@silentlistener - brings a different point of view. Even if it is the same different POV in many threads. : )

@iyerviji - My Pyari, Pyari, My Dear Dear Viji. Where to start? You inspire me like you inspire all ILites. I know I can never be like you in even 1/1000000.... part, but, by God, whenever I face a challenge or am annoyed with something life dishes, I ask myself, can you at least _try_ to do what Viji would do. I tell myself to employ a little patience, a little dheeraj. Each post of Viji brings a soothing all is well, all will be well feeling that stays long after reading.

@Thyagarajan @HariLakhera @gopalan1937 - Love reading your snippets. The language, the approach, the unexpectedness of the topic, and each one's unique style has become part of something I look forward to in IL.

@ashima10 - One day I will sit next to you and watch you type your IL posts. It should be patented and a trademark or copyright issued. An easy flow, switching from Hindi to English to Hindi almost imperceptible. I love the lightness in your posts. It seems like you were passing by a computer and just waved a few fingers at the keyboard, and the post composed itself. Haan.. you have started to become a little wiser and older etc in posts. Ira ka kamaal. : ) Magic brought about by Ira.

@Caughtinbetween - I've found that sometimes to find words to describe a relationship or kinship, I suddenly remember a song, and its words seem very applicable minus the actual intended meaning in song scene. Tera mujh se hai pehle ka naata koi, yuhin nahin dil lubhaata koi. We have a connection from the past. The heart doesn't feel like this just like that.

Joining the party really late... with all the holiday travel :)

Thank you for the shout-out @Rihana :) Likewise. This thing always pops-up in my mind when I read some of your posts "she asks you to go to hell in a way that you actually look forward to the trip" :) The slickness with which you convey something is definitely a treat to read, even if we may not see eye to eye. Also, through the years, I do find myself agreeing with you a lot more than I used to, when I was a newbie ;-)

And in no particular order, some of the posters I really like to read - @Laks09 and @Shanvy so poignant and so helpful. The tone of your posts sometimes makes me feel like I am actually talking to a friend, face to face.
@kkrish - Besides a lot of affection for her for having the same name as my mom, I look up to her posts for just the wisdom that seems to ooze out from their posts!! Same for @Viswamitra sir's and @Srama posts. Especially their snippets.
@justanothergirl - We could be twins :) We agree on almost everything!!
@iyerviji - so honest and so genuine.
@Gauri03 @sokanasanah - I consider them as nothing short of encyclopedias. So much so that some of the references they make on some posts, I have to google to understand the context!!
@yellowmango - For telling it like it is. No frills and fancies
@Thyagarajan - I am reminded of R.K. Narayan when I read his snippets!
@Caughtinbetween - You are such an inspiration!!
@Cheeniya - For our shared love of music of the yesteryears. Thank you for that treasure trove of the composers series you wrote about!!
