Dear joylokhi, satchi, Vishwa, periamma, Jayasala,

I logged in after a long time and what a pleasant surprise I had waiting for me, in the alerts section. Each and every member in this community is special to me, though I am unable to appreciate their unique and powerful writings, through a positive FB. Cheeniya sir has been doing an excellent job, as a super moderator in spite of his age related problems. I miss kamalji’s humorous posts and his jokes, which sure brought a smile and cheer amid the entire IL community. Ojathanthrik is another member whose valuable writings were of excellent quality. Music forum is enriched by valuable inputs by krish, Vaidehi, cheeniya sir and their likes, though I feel it deserves more appreciation and FBs by IL members.

I take this wonderful opportunity to thank all those who have stood by me, for without their helping hands I wouldn’t have been able to convert my faltering baby steps, to a steady confident, progressive stride, in the writing world. A very Happy New Year to everybody here.

Thanks @Viswamitra Sir for creating this wonderful platform to share our appreciation for each other. These are feelings I always had but having got an opportunity for the first time, wanted to share here. One of the reasons I was avoiding this post over the last few days was the fear that I might somehow miss out one of my besties here as there are so many. So, lemme start with an upfront disclosure that this is just the first part and I will keep coming back to add more :) Also, the list is in alphabetical order to keep things easy, as already mentioned by one of my friends listed below :)

@Ammu2886 Just getting to know her but feels like I have known her forever. I know she is busy with her LO so we don't get to talk a lot but whenever she does, it touches my heart and soul.

@BhumiBabe I really doubt I will ever meet anyone else in my lifetime who can distill their feelings and present them so beautifully as a poem like you do. That's your unique talent and like I have said before your pen is more like a painter's brush or music conductor's baton. Thanks for sharing all those beautiful poems with us and looking forward to many, many more, before you get busy with book tours and signing your own books in malls across the world.

@blissfull Like the shooting star. Seen very few times, rarely but makes you feel blissfull whenever seen.

@Cheeniya The legend. The man himself. You are like the patriarch of this whole IL family for me. So many occasions I remember we waiting for you to come online and then you would show-up and an instant latter we would see the clean-up happen. Be the threads about the music directors or your senile ramblings there were many an occasion when I felt blessed to benefit from the wealth of your experience. Hats Off! Sir. Wishing you and your better-half a very long, happy & healthy life!!!

@EnlightenedSoul Thank You! for thinking of and starting the Enlightening Thought a Day thread where I get to see you on a daily basis as it is one of the two threads I follow daily religiously.

@GeetaKashyap Truly multi-talented person I have ever known in my life this closely and at times I wonder if she has more than 24 hrs in a day. Though I have seen quite a few dimensions of her already I am pretty sure there are more hidden talents that we will discover in the years to come. For you Sky is the limit my friend!

@goldenhoney87 Hope to see you around more often once you are done moving. One of the very few I have seen here that shares her professional knowledge freely.

@iyerviji Reading your posts is like a manual for a life well-lived. I can easily say that you are the one whose posts touched my heart the most and also the one on whose posts I would have spent most of my Kleenex :) but I consider them all happy tears. Thank You! Wishing you and uncle a very long, happy & healthy life!!!

@JustAnotherMom Gravitas. Presence. These are the words that come to my mind when I think of you. Hope to see you back as a regular someday soon.

@kcb We don't meet people by accident. They are meant to cross our path for a reason. Most balanced person I have ever known. I seek her out on situations that are beyond me and she instantly delivers a balanced, holistic view with the best way forward. Thank You! for being there through it all.

@kkrish Truly inspiring and down to earth, likes talking about music, Space and going to Mars. I have seen you put your foot down and call a spade a spade. Definitely a good role model for all of us to look up to. Thank You!

@Kyraa Motherhood is the word that comes to mind when I think of you. Your love for your LO stands out in all our conversations. God Bless you both. Your questions motivate me to look beyond my horizons more often than not so I always feel like I am learning with you. One of the kindest souls I have ever known.

@LakshmiGorijala Acceptance and Trust are the words that come to mind for you. I pray that all your dreams come true and very soon. Maybe its the way you address or something else but though we have spoken relatively the least I feel the closest in those moments. That's your magic, unique to you.

@Mistt A good friend and confidante with sharp observation skills. Clicks wonderful, random snopshots and has a knack for fishing out interesting quotes. Creator of the second thread that I visit on a daily basis to pick-up a Smile :) Thank You! for being there always my 2AM friend!

@nandinimithun One of my newest friends here. I am in awe of her cooking skills. My first chef friend whose friendship is as sweet as her cooking. We converse through likes more than words :)

@periamma The matriarch. I have learnt a lot from your posts. Hats Off!!! to your childlike innocence we get to see every once in a while. It's indeed special!

@pinkydarling One of my oldest friends here. Most simple and straightforward. I have known what beauty in simplicity is all about through her talks and posts.

@Rihana Maybe I should start a thread to write about you :) Pushing the envelope and handling it all with Grace come to my mind when I think of you. Probably the one with the highest energy levels I have seen here, prolific writer and contributor. Love the way you keep prodding all of us to do more and more, setting an example yourself.

@shravs3 The youngest of the family usually is the naughtiest too :) Many a times I have enjoyed the fresh perspective brought in by you to a thread or discussion or even through your poems and clicks. It's always refreshing to see how you look at a particular situation. Hope you stay like that, young at heart, forever :)

@SinghManisha Whaaat an entry (came to my mind) when she walks in one fine day and tells us we can be friends with MIL and MIL could be our bestie too :) Always click on the thread when I see your name to catch your views. Wherever you decide to post you add tangible value to the discussion, straight to the point. Hats Off!

@sharmi10 Like the neighbor next door whom I don't know though we keep seeing each other every single day in the Smile thread and the Enlightening thought a day thread :) High time I broke the ice with this mention :)

@vaidehi71 Miss her thoughtful, well-researched contributions here with relevant links. Wherever you are, Wishing you All the very Best !!!

@Vaidekikrishnan One of my younger friends here and definitely one who can speak her mind on any topic though music is her favorite topic. I really wish, hope and pray your talent gets recognized and your dream comes true.

@yellowmango Last but not the least. This list wouldn't be complete without mentioning you. By contributing so well in so many threads, you have created a legacy that will be referred to by generations to come. Thank You!

@Amica A lovely butterfly and a friendly person, she has always made me feel that life is all about relaxing, enjoying and Maki f the most of it. ..

@Archanaanchan a lovely friend and an amazing cook and right now busy with a tiny tot.

@shravs3 a jolly go and a happy girl, talking to her transports me back to my college days. She is young and vivacious, full of energy.

@iyerviji a young soul and a lovely lively chirpy human being, who sees beauty in everything.

@periamma a simple and a loving positive soul.

@Rajeni, @blackbeauty84 lovely and talented writers.

@GeetaKashyap the best and my personal favorite.
Is there anything that she can't do, she is multi talented and a humble soul.
She always inspires and motivates people around her and takes them to a new level.
She is not only a jack of all trades but has exceptionally mastered them.

All the other ILites who inspire me, have taught me and keep motivating me, in all the forums, you all deserve a huge round of appreciation.
