    Keep doing it the weight will start to shed i was disheartned that my weight kept creeping
    but when i stuck to my routine it started to fall off ... maintaining my weight now with loads of dinner parties etfc etc tryng to kill my calories via workout

    Hi,
    Weight is the same ,75 kgs. Following my less carb diet and continuing my workout. Hoping to see some weight loss atleast by next month.

    Diet plan

    Morning - tea with brown sugar, idli/ dosa( 3/2)
    Lunch - 2 phulka , veggies 2 varieties, 1 fruit if req.
    Fruit will be banana, pomegranate, guava
    Evening - 1 cup tea with brown sugar, 3 marie biscuit sometimes
    Night - 3 or 4 egg whites and fruits+ milk

    Workout plan
    40 min cardio / weights workout alternate days
    Sat and sundays , i dont workout as kids will be at home and they take all my time.
    I follow diet religiously and i dont eat any junk.
    I am a home maker so i have household chores too.
    I feel drained after workout so i sleep for an hour everyday at noon.

    I am actually bored with my current exercise routine and love to spice it up to make it interesting.I love to have an interactive diet and workout calendar, tips,recipes,workout links shared every month to maintain or lose weight/inches.

    Hi,

    I would like to join this too. I'm currently at 61 kg, I would like to get to my ideal weight of around 57 kg. I work out 5 days a week, and am fairly consistent with it. My weight has kind of plateaued at around 61 kg and is not budging. Diet is the primary culprit.

    I was able to break mine by increasing my workout intensity,also make sure your dinner is consumed 2-3 hours before bed time and keep it light.

    Hi Shreepriya, I highlighted the things that will slow down weight loss with Red.

    Sugar is not good for weightloss, you can restrict tea to one time consuming or better skip it all together. And also pls avoid snacks like biscuits instead add dry fruits(not more than 100gms) in your afternoon snack time.

    And also add wholesome meal in your bf combo of healthy fats(avacado/soaked nuts) + protein (eggs) + complex carbs (oats/chia seeds/hemp hearts)- this will keep you full for long time. Please avoid fruit in lunch, it spikes insulin level if you combine with heavy meal, better to take in your afternoon snack.

    You should feel energetic after a good workout, if it is other way around, you need to check your blood work and take supplements (under doctors guidance).

    Hi Shree try the below twisted plan for a week and provide your feedback !

    Morning :black Tea with 1/2 tsp sugar (no milk)
    1 hr later have - 2 boiled egg + Guava

    2 hrs later : 500 ml warm water
    Lunch : 2 rotis +veggies ( one bowl )

    Post lunch : No fruits have only 3 almond nuts +black tea no sugar

    Dinner : 2 X Egg omlette with loads of veggies / chicken soup / but no fruits & Milk at night

    Post dinner : have chia seed with lemon water


    Workout : as per your choice

    Just follow the above diet only for 5 days not more than and it shd not be repeated
