    Dear Lovelies ,

    My dear friend @chocogal26 wanted a motivational thread for fitness 2019 . Every 7 days there is challenges ( exercise and food ) and we give points to each person ..

    Week 1 ( 31st - 7th Nov 2018 )

    Exercise Challenge 1 : Exercise 15 mins workout - Fast walking or 2 rounds of lucy workout or 15 mins of HIIT or 15 mins skipping or 15 mins of yoga ( 10 points)


    Challenge 1 to be done everyday regardless of your period .. During period try to do yoga or pilates milder version.


    Food Challenge 1 : Must to have one meal as soup (10 points )

    few to list : Moong dal soup , pumpkin tomato soup , chicken soup, mutton soup , Mixed veg soup,mushroom soup but minimal the cream and oil in it .

    Motivational Challenge 1: Quote a motivational quote to keep u going . stick that on to ur fridge . (10 points )

    Logging your weight loss journey 1 : 10 points


    It is not a must to log ur weights or ur food routine but daily add your challenge logs Yes or No .



    My weight journey :

    Starting weight : 63.8 Kg
    NW ( just below your chest ) : 78cm
    BW (around ur belly) :89cm
    WW( around the hip - widest measurement ) : 98cm
    Height : 159cm

    Raise hands who all wanted to join but be regular and honest in this journey ! Let turn ourself into Fit ...


    My favourite quote " I dont want to lose weight to look like a model but want to be fit women "... I hope this should be our daily motto

    I am in. Starting wt 68.5 kilos. I wish to reduce 3 kilos and reach 65 before 2019. I will regularly update from tomorrow.

    Hi Girls,

    I will give my weight loss tips and tricks how i managed to lose 20kgs overall after postdelivery.
    Before marriage : 64
    Before getting pregnant: 58
    During my pregnancy: 69 to 70
    After delivery :64
    post delivery: 62
    After a year: 50

    This is my weight loss chart. even i was also a part of weight loss journey in IL.
    I lost my 6 kgs of weight through,(I was working that time)
    1. A cup of tea at 6.00AM and a brisk walk for 30 min
    2. A bowl full of fruits (4 to 5 Seasonal fruits)
    3. Around 11 AM - carrot jiuce
    4.Lunch - 2 to 3 Chapathi with sabji
    5. Tea
    After 7PM -15 min mild exercise then a double omlette and cup of garlic milk
    Saturdays and SUndays will wait what i wish

    through the above chart i lost upto 6 kgs in 4 months of time.

    Then i quit my job and moved to US, there i tried to maintain the same weight for 6 months then got pregnant and gained weight. before delivery its 70kg and before discharge and after a month its 64kg and it was constant

    then i decided to lose weight, but i cant do exercise with a baby so started intermittent fasting and lost upto 10 kgs within 5 months of time (If you guys want i can share my food chart also) with cheat days on weekends.

    Then after coming down to India and started working back i had a control of having coffee and tea and now i am in 50Kg (my college days weight:):) )

    Hi @blessbabydust

    I would like to join here, just want to keep me accountable and Fit & Fab to welcome new year. I need to loose last 2 kgs to reach my goal weight.

    Starting weight - 72kgs
    Current weight - 56.1 kgs (swinging upto 57)
    Goal weight - 54.1 kgs

    I will log the challenges here:

    Workout challenge - Yes (15 mins LS walk)
    Food Challenge - No plan for soups this week , will meal prep over weekend.
    Quote Challenge - Every Day is Another chance To Get Stronger, To Eat Better, TO Live Healthier And To be the Best version of YOU

    @blessbabydust I’m in..
    I am a big foodie :tired:. Can’t live without those yummy snacks and those sweets , chocolates and cakes.
    I was 72 when I was in India and before marriage. After coming to US put on more than 5 kgs.
    I started keto and lost 4 kgs but I stopped it after 2 months and now got back the lost weight again.

    My goal is to reduce Atleast 10 kgs.
    I used to goto gym or walking but sometimes I lose motivation and also end up eating more and unhealthy food.
    On weekends it’s horrible, we will go out and eat those unhealthy yummy food again.
    I tried soups for nights but the same kind of soups bored me to the core and stopped it.
    Major culprit is rice and carbs from other food. I feel I need to reduce my appetite too!!
    Please give me some tips for eating healthy reduce appetite and lose weight. I’m a vegetarian.

    Current weight : 77kgs
    Goal : 67kgs
    Morning : Jeera water
    Breakfast : Dosa and veg Sagu

    Can you please share some videos for exercise if you are following any

Lets rock girls and keep it going !!! even if you cheat bounce back again dont feel disheartned if you dont see a change for your body to react it takes atleasst 21 days i.e 3 weeks if u keep going u will see super change !!
