5 years of political news in TN then it is NOTA. This won`t create a deep impression and Nazer`s face makeup looks awkward throughout the second half. Vijay Devarakonda made a wrong choice of the story, dhrushti pottu from his previous success Geeta govindam.

@poovai i absolutely lol on the
"Kuruvi thalayil panangai." Vijay D not the right choice is my feel, at least at this point of his career..

Though it is a novel adaptation, it makes a laughing circus of the ways the last 5 yrs have been.. and to see it enacted, hits hard, with election around the corner...

It's the BGM and Chinmayi. A mesmerizing trip right from the start with the violin (title) and later it's the flute and such simple instrumentations. Then the same violin bit used when Trisha was introduced, in wide angle shot. Ethereal! Want to watch it again, eyes closed!

Bharadwaj Rangan and 'neela sattai' guy both gave their thumbs up to this movie.

I watched 96, nota, ccv and parierumperumal. Perumal is top excellent movie. never imagined climax and ending in such a pleasant manner. . Hats of to that team.

96..second half is good. Nota became usual movie. .

Dhadak ... liked the whole movie except the end scene. If I could go back and change things I would not watch the movie just to avoid the very last scene or watch it but stop short of the last 5 minutes :)

After watching I felt Jahnvi will go a long way and make her mum proud. The potential is there. Have to see how she handles it. Looks like Sridevi gave her a good insight into acting.

@nemesis yes bgm scored, and illaiyaraja's tunes, songs helped a lot to keep up the feel is my opinion. Apart from those the songs as such don't remain in your mind for long..

Watched Karwaan on amazon prime. It lived up to the promise of its trailer.

Irrfan Khan is his usual best. Deadpan dialog delivery. Watched a movie with Dulquer Salmaan for the first time. What talent! Hope he gets more Bollywood movies. Mithila Palkar is cute, and acts well too. Didn't know movie starred Amla. Recognized her, and then wished I hadn't. : ) She has aged well, but wanted to remember her as she was in the 90's.

Story is good, but the witty dialog was the highlight for me.
