    I am also trying to lose 0.5 kg a week. Started this journey from 23rd Aug...i was 77 then. Today i am 75 kg....hope to reach 73 kg by Oct 23rd:worship2:

    No walking since 3 days due to heavy rains.. I can't do terrace/corridor walk much..

    @rachaputi i am a great follower of walk at home..especially leslie..if you want variations nicole sparkpeople, jessica smith, ellen barret even biggest loser miles.
    You tube has them..even this thread has loads of links..

    I walk at home, if i don't have company to walk outside because i am on medicines and sometimes my balance is bad..

    I lost almost 40 kgs pn and off in the last 6 yrs thanks to walk at home

    Really great to hear you people weight loss journey..

    Mine is right weight as per BMI.. but due to other health reasons I wanted to loose 2 kgs.. unfortunately couldn't even lost a single gram :(.. don't know where I'm doing wrong :(

    You are maintaining so well. @rachaputi the way you walk outside maybe not even moving into fat burn zone,..cardio zone helps burning more.

    Try this..you will understand the difference..



    You know my health issues, and i am on steroids and painkillers half the time
    .so if i still maintain even in the yo yo..you will be too

    @Shanvy thanks dear.. I will try this for sure.. yh maybe not burning the fat.. moderately I follow diet and exercises.. but still this is my problem.. thanks for the link :)

    Was feeling very boring and lazy to cook n ended up eating pizza. It's way too much of calories. But it was close to 4-5 months back we had pizza so it was nice to eat after long time
