Avoid carbs for lunch yet better. Eat small portions. take a powernap for 7-10 mins someplace quiet ( in car too) After setting an alarm
Not necessarily sleep, simply bored. It is quite common - lunch time walks at work. We used to have library, it was fun to browse magazine or pretend to read? after lunch.
I am going to try and take a walk...this is more like in general cold. aaaagggr. Kids gave it to me. not at work hun We used to have a quite room; my VP decided to remove it and make it "fax" room. Like, who still uses fax these days?! No more quite rooms around.
Is there any in house massage therapist-Fiona available at your office like in the movie The Intern? Try massage your wrist similar to checking your pulse. Massage your finger tips. the above works for me always. Hope this helps.
