Property In Hyerabad At Old Alwal

    Hi friends I want a suggestion to buy a property at old Alwal, Hyderabad. We saw some constructed individual houses in that area. 175,150 sqft. sayin 75 Lakh,65 lakhs. Is those are worthily rates? Is there any problems in the area like water, drainage problems. As we are new to that area. We are residing in ameerpet rental house.
    We want to buy it as an asset. We will buy and give it for rent. Because our offices are in hitech city. 65 Laks are heavy budget to us. But those are individuals house which attracts us. We are finding apartment in ammerpet with same budget. Please suggest which is better. WE both are employees with Salray 50k, and 2 small kids .Both of us are private jobs.

    I would say dont buy in old alwal. As individual houses dont attract good rents when compared to apartments. Buy in someother areas in and around ameerpet madhura nagar rajeev nagar moti nagar etc.

    Are you familiar with that area if you are then go ahead. I suggested madhura nagar motinagar because you said you were living in ameerpet. I say this because i have alartments in madhura nagar and ayyappa society. I get good rental income. 20k for 2bhk apts

    Now we are searching in gajularamaram. At present we will not reside. For 1-3 years we will give it for rent later we will. Can you also give a suggestion that for cupborads cement racks are best or the wodden work is best. which one is durable

    Put cement racks first then get the woodwork done. Just put in closed cupboards. Get particle board work done if possible. Its cheaper and worth for money. Dont expect that tenants will take care of cupboards or walls. Pakka they will spoil and you will have to get repairs done after eachone vacates the house

    Then please sugeest me now can we made only cement racks. Before we are going to live then can we made wood work ? In gajularamram 40-50 L cost for 1160 sqft flat :(

    People these days are preferring closed cupboards when it comes to taking up a new rental house. As it looks neater. Dont put in any cupboards in hall as almost everyone has tv fixed to walls. Put in closed cupboards in bedrooms. Get in basic modular work in kitchen. Everything will be done under maximum 3 to 4 lakhs.
