100 Days of Positivity

Highly tying to be positive in a self created negative situation.

 

This morning after I parked my car at work (remember, the farthest parking bay) it looked a bit cloudy. As I started my computer at work I felt that the screen was unusually dark and that even the overhead lights were dull. It was then that I realized I still had my sunglasses and had left my regular glasses in the car.
Wondering what is positive about this mindlessness?
Well, I added about 1,000 unplanned steps walking to my car to retrieve my glasses and back

 

Short vacation. Met few friends and families after decades. Very fulfilling trip. Travelled alone in all modes bus train cab auto ... sometimes stressful .. other times interesting. Came back to work for few surprising appreciative feedback. Got a new Nick Name

 

Getting drenched in rain was such an annoying thing a year back..now i stop cribbing about it and enjoy the nature and come back home with a smile...makes a lot of difference....

 

And the best part of my trip was two wheeler ride from one end of Marina to other end with a selfie in between continuing with roaming my fav parts of the city and watching how it changed over decades. Thanks to my buddy who took me around

 

Day started well. I was walking towards the university, I met a lady. We exchanged some pleasantarirs about how the weather was beautiful. At the end she wished me a lovely day. It brought smiles on my face.
As soon as the submission done, I cleaned my office room and the book shelves, and made all three boys favourite dinner. I was shattered but very happy and content.

 

Had the scan yesterday. Went off quickly than expected. Wish I had more time to look at the little one. Few more weeks. And I'm eagerly waiting.

 

Had been to the post office yesterday. Was prepared that this work is easily going to eat an hour of mine. While waiting for my turn..lot of people approached me to help them fill the forms, deposit slips etc. Even such small support to people makes a difference in us. Was happy helping them. Also got a thought that if I should be visiting the Post office often.

 

He took my phone yesternight and today I found so many romantic songs in it. Getting emotional and feeling like lost in the world of love......
